All I can say about Wednesdays is that the afternoons/evenings are really tricky.
I made homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner. And it was SO yummy. I ate entirely too much.

Julia picked these apples off our OUR tree!! She has been eating them like crazy. She's so cute!
Julia and I got into the car at 5:00 and headed to basketball. From there I drove straight back to the high school to pick up Emma. She forgot it was team dinner night, so I had to leave her there. I rushed home and honked and Miles and Austin brought out Owen and Lance and jumped in the car. We drove straight to Bluff street park and dropped off Austin for his game. Then we headed all the way across the parkway and all the way out to Washington to drop Miles off for his basketball practice. We kissed him goodbye and came all the way back to Bluff street. The boys played for ten minutes on the playground while I cheered for Austin and watched him get an interception and Greg's team score a touchdown. Then it was back into the car to go pick up Julia. In the meantime, Emma had walked home from the high school. I just couldn't pick her up! So I had her drive her own car back to the church for Young Women's and I just met her there and dropped off Julia. Then it was back home. It was 7:30. I had hardly left the car for 2 and a half hours! That's Wednesday for you. And that's just one sport for each kid. Oh my!

It's been so HOT lately! But at least I've got these cuties to keep me company!
But the worst part was that after Young Women's Emma had lots of homework and I stayed up late helping her. She has a game tomorrow (which was stressing me out because I like her to get enough sleep--thus the reason I stay up to help!) and we are leaving for California tomorrow.

Lance--so cute!
I just fell into bed. I'm done.
And I love my family!
