It was all I could do to climb out of bed this morning. My back was in shambles. I tried to stretch and work out the kinks, but it only seemed to aggravate it more. I am having a really hard time sleeping through the pain now. It's starting to get me down. I did a lot of research online about it today. I've got to figure something out right away.
I'm sitting in my comfy bed as I type this. Lining the hall are 22 bags full of items to be donated! 22! Before I started cleaning things out, I bought a bunch of new totes and bins to aid in my organizing. Well, I haven't used them, and in fact I have now emptied out more totes to add to those sitting there waiting. I have so many cleaned out, nearly empty closets in my house. It makes my heart sing! I also spent hours organizing the upstairs book shelves. It's like a little library now, and I can't wait to start reading all the hand-me-down books I've been acquiring. Mom and Dad gave me a box of books awhile back that they were getting rid of and I finally went through it today. I found a book that my grandmother used in her high school English class. I loved seeing her name neatly written on the inside cover. I filled half a shelf with old, amazing books.
I made pancakes with strawberries, eggs, bacon and sausage for dinner. Then I cleaned it up and got into a hot bath with Owen and Lance. It was semi relaxing. Ha ha. It felt nice on my back. I've started to wonder if that would be a good way to start the day!?!?
Well, my eyes are drooping a little. And tomorrow is a rather big day. I have a packed schedule and it starts early. ...I just dozed for a minute, hands hovering over the keys. I'd better call it a night.
